Just a few years ago I was singing 5 nights a week with a band in a house gig. That means I had what is as close to what others consider to be a "real job", or steady work. I sang for more than 25 years spending the last 10 in two different house gigs 5 nights a week. Hey, it paid the bills and helped me spend time with my kids in their waking hours. It was fun, exciting and I gained a lot of popularity over the years in my local area. I was lucky to have met many really nice people when I was working in this industry.

Well, I made the decision to retire about 7 years ago and began something new. Well, kind of new. I started writing. I stuck to the arts, I just switched venues. Since I am so good at research from my education in paralegal studies back in 1990, this was the perfect place to start a new career. .

As time goes on you will find that I tend to write on a variety of subjects because I am full of useless knowledge and love to share it. On top of that, I have lived 48 years so far and have seen many things during those years. I raised two great kids and have lived a very full life thus far. I intend to share some of my experiences so that others will not have to suffer through some of what I did. I cannot complain about anything because it has made me who I am today. I am continually learning and teaching others what I know.
